From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and attentiveness. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were always available to assist with any request or inquiry, making me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay. I must commend Elias, the recipient at Rotana Hotel, for his exceptional service. He exemplified professionalism and courtesy at all times. Elias was attentive, efficient, and incredibly helpful. He ensured that all my needs were met promptly, leaving a lasting positive impression. Highly recommend it!
