The staff is super helpful, the service beyond my expectations, the handlers all my requests in a professional & welcoming approach & I would like to stress that Ruba from the front desk & all front desk staff was exceptional. "I had an absolutely fantastic stay! The location was perfect, offering great accessibility. The breakfast options were superb, providing a variety that exceeded my expectations. What truly stood out was the exceptional staff—Farid, Rouba, Angela, Ahmed, and Ali Kataya. Their helpful and friendly demeanor made my experience truly memorable. This has been one of the best stays I've had in a long time, thanks to the wonderful team and excellent amenities. Highly recommended!"

From arriving to leaving, the team was just awesome. I would, however, like to single out Elias on the front desk for upgrading my room to anther one with a balcony facing the Raouche which made my stay even more remarkable. Rooms were very clean, breakfast was amazing and bed was comfortable. Thanks for the wounderful stay. I will use it again upon my return to Lebanon.

The location is absolutely fantastic. Situated in the heart of the city, it offers convenient access to all major attractions. I was delighted to find myself just a short walk away from a vibrant city center with an abundance of dining and entertainment options. The service provided at Rotana Hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and attentiveness. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were always available to assist with any request or inquiry, making me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay. I must commend Elias, the recipient at Rotana Hotel, for his exceptional service. He exemplified professionalism and courtesy at all times. Elias was attentive, efficient, and incredibly helpful. He ensured that all my needs were met promptly, leaving a lasting positive impression. Highly recommend it!

booked rotana arjaan 3 times during my stay in lebanon. the service was amazing. the staff were always willing to do whatever it takes to ensure we were comfortable. shout out to elias at the front he was amazing and ensured we were always looked after. everyone else was helpful and welcoming. could not fault the hotel. definately would book again

I had a wonderful one-night stay at Raouche Arjaan by Rotana in Lebanon. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also great, with easy access to the city's main attractions. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Lebanon.

Location is amazing in Rouche. property is generally well maintained. The upgrade of my room to a suite was a very goodwill gesture and I would like to thank Mr. Raef and Mrs. Sally from the front office for their help in this regard and in sorting out any requests during our stay.

The view is beautiful. The front sea side is highly recommended with a fantastic view. The location is very good and you can easily reach everything on foot or by Taxi. The staff is very nice and helpful. We were very happy with the overall service and would love to come back. 👍🏻
